We are seeking a Trainee Moulding Technician to join our expanding and industry leading client based near Driffield. In this role you'll learn the skills needed to support the manufacturing process of moulding polyurethane casings for niche electronic products

Interested candidates will have previous experience working within an assembly / production based role and be able to understand technical diagrams.

Hours – 8AM -5.15PM Monday to Thursday/ 8AM -1PM Fridays

Due to the nature of the work produced, candidates must be a UK National and be able to obtain SC Clearance.

Key Responsibilities:

* Assemble mould tooling with precision and attention to detail.

* Blend chemicals accurately and prepare polyurethane mixtures.

* Pour materials into precision moulds, ensuring consistency and quality.

* Monitor curing processes and assist in final product finishing.

* Work collaboratively with senior technicians to develop your expertise.

Requirements:

* Keen interest in moulding and manufacturing processes.

* Ability to follow technical instructions and work meticulously.

* Basic understanding of chemical handling and safety procedures.

* Good hand-eye coordination and attention to detail.

* Willingness to learn and develop skills in a specialized trade.
