Sales Office Manager -Office Based – Lead a High-Performing Team!

We’re looking for an experienced and proactive Sales Office Manager to oversee a dedicated team of Customer Service team and Sales Administrators. Reporting directly to the Sales Director, you’ll play a pivotal role in driving operational efficiency, maximising sales opportunities, and ensuring exceptional service standards across the board.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage the day-to-day operations of the Sales Office
Ensure calls are answered within agreed Service Level Agreements (SLAs)
Work cross-functionally to resolve customer and internal issues
Improve systems and processes to increase efficiency
Generate monthly performance reports
Cultivate a positive, proactive team culture
Lead cross-selling and up-selling initiatives
Maximise cold and warm calling opportunities with the Sales teamWhat We’re Looking For:

Proven experience managing teams in a Call Centre or Sales Office environment
Strong leadership and team motivation skills
Outstanding communication skills at all levels
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
