Communications Officer

Location: Hertfordshire

Salary: £40,000

Duration: 12 month FTC

Greenacre are pleased to be supporting a social housing organisation, based in Hertfordshire, with their recruitment of a Communications Partner.

The ideal candidate will have worked as a comms all-rounder, within a regulated environment, focusing mainly on external communications.

What will you do in the role?

* Develop content – tell the story about work

* Write compelling news stories

* Take photos and in-house videos

* Providing engaging comms to reach an external audience

Who would excel in this role?

* Someone who has worked in a regulated environment – social housing would be an advantage

* Ability to use all comms channels to tell a story well

* Ideally Adobe creative suite or similar, video production using iphone, as well as multi-media skills

* CIPR or CIM or equivalent is desirable, but not essential

* Great written and verbal communication skills

* Partnership working
