Hours: 8:30 AM - 4:00 PM

Are you looking for a rewarding role where you can make a real difference in the lives of children with Social, Emotional, and Mental Health (SEMH) needs? A wonderful and supportive SEMH primary school in Slough is seeking a dedicated Teaching Assistant to join their team immediately.

About the School:

Small, nurturing setting - 38 pupils in total, with a maximum of 7 per class
Excellent staff support - Typically, one adult to every two children
Supportive SLT - Regular check-ins, training, and guidance
Teamwork-focused environment - Staff feel valued and part of a collaborative team
Friday early finish - Pupils leave at 12:30 PM, allowing time for PPA, meetings, and training

The Role:

Providing one-to-one and small group support to pupils with SEMH needs
Assisting teachers in delivering engaging lessons tailored to individual needs
Helping students build confidence, develop social skills, and manage emotions
Supporting behaviour management in a positive and nurturing way
Working closely with teachers, therapists, and other support staff
