Higher Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA)

Location: Selby and Surrounding Areas

Are you a passionate and experienced Higher Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA) looking for the flexibility of supply work? We are seeking dedicated HLTAs to support primary schools across Selby, delivering high-quality support to pupils and teachers on a supply basis.

About the Role

As an HLTA, you will:

Provide classroom support and cover for teachers when required.
Deliver small group interventions or 1:1 support for pupils.
Support the delivery of engaging lessons in line with the curriculum.
Collaborate with teaching staff to foster a positive learning environment.
Adapt to various schools, classes, and year groups with confidence.About You

We're looking for someone who:

Holds HLTA status or equivalent qualifications.
Has previous experience working within primary education (EYFS, KS1, and/or KS2).
Is confident in delivering planned lessons in the teacher's absence.
Demonstrates excellent communication and organizational skills.
Is adaptable, reliable, and passionate about supporting children's education.What We Offer
