Role Overview

As a Lead Generator, your primary focus will be to identify and secure new business prospects, building lasting relationships with potential customers. You will work closely with key stakeholders, feeding our advisor teams with quality leads, and guiding new clients through the initial steps of asset finance.

Key Responsibilities

* Identify potential new customer leads: Proactively source and qualify new business opportunities.

* Develop relationships with customers: Build and maintain strong connections with key business executives and stakeholders to identify prospects.

* Prospecting: Continuously identify new business opportunities through targeted prospecting activities.

* Target-driven environment: Meet assigned monthly and annual KPIs while upholding the company’s professional standards.

* Maintain relationships with business introducers: Nurture partnerships to facilitate ongoing lead generation.

* Guide clients through asset finance: Assist clients with the initial steps of the asset finance process, ensuring smooth onboarding.

* Continuous industry knowledge development: Stay informed about the asset finance industry, various asset classes, and in-depth knowledge of customer industries.

About You

* Proven experience in business development or sales, preferably within asset finance or financial services.

* Strong relationship-building skills with the ability to connect with stakeholders at all levels.

* Results-driven, with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets in a fast-paced environment.

* Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

* Ability to work both independently and as part of a collaborative team.

* Eagerness to learn and stay updated on industry trends and developments.
