The Role: As a Quality Supervisor, you will be responsible for:

✔ Ensuring all products meet quality and compliance standards
✔ Leading and mentoring a team to drive continuous quality improvements
✔ Conducting inspections, audits, and process evaluations
✔ Investigating non-conformances and implementing corrective actions
✔ Collaborating with production teams to enhance efficiency and consistency

What We’re Looking For:

? Proven experience in a quality-focused role within a manufacturing environment
? Strong understanding of quality management systems (ISO9001, ISO14001, etc.)
? Ability to lead and develop a high-performing team
? Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
? Strong communication and organisational abilities
