We are currently seeking a passionate and enthusiastic Science Teacher to join our dedicated teaching team to work in a range of schools in and around Halesowen area. The ideal candidate will be capable of teaching a range of science subjects—such as Biology, Chemistry, and Physics—across Key Stages 3 and 4. Whether you are an experienced educator or an early career teacher (ECT), this is a fantastic opportunity to work in diverse educational settings, engaging and inspiring young minds.

Pay will depend on the lfull roles and repsonsibilities of the role you undertake. 

Key Responsibilities:

Deliver engaging science lessons across Key Stages 3 and 4.
Plan, prepare, and deliver differentiated lessons that cater to the diverse needs of students.
Teach a range of scientific disciplines, including Biology, Chemistry, and Physics.
Assess and provide constructive feedback to support student progress.
Participate in faculty meetings, professional development, and school-wide activities.
Create a positive learning environment that encourages students to actively participate.
Requirements:

Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
A degree in a science-related subject.
Strong subject knowledge across Biology, Chemistry, and Physics.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to manage classroom behaviour effectively.
Flexibility to work across a variety of school environments in and around Stourbridge.
Desirable Attributes:

Previous experience teaching in secondary schools.
Ability to adapt teaching methods to accommodate various learning styles.
Passion for inspiring and motivating young people to explore science.
