Salary: up to £70K + Profit Share + Bonus

We’re looking for an experienced Business Development Manager to join our client! If you’re passionate about driving growth, building strong relationships, and making a real impact, this could be the perfect opportunity for you.

What You’ll Be Doing:
Identifying and securing new business opportunities
Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients and stakeholders
Developing and implementing business development strategies to increase revenue
Managing the full sales cycle from initial contact to project completion
Representing the company at industry events and networking functions What We’re Looking For:
Experience in business development, sales, or a similar role (preferably within the home/ building services or construction industry)
Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
Self-motivated and goal-oriented with a proactive approach
A full UK driving licence (with over 6 months of driving experience)
A positive attitude and strong leadership skills What We Offer:
