Job Title: Water Hygiene Engineer
Location: Stockport, Greater Manchester
Salary / Benefits £24k - £36k + Training + Benefits

A longstanding and reputable Water Hygiene / Legionella management company are now looking to take on a Water Hygiene Engineer. You will be covering a mixed portfolio of sites in the North West such as: Social Housing, Healthcare, Industrial, Commercial, and Educational. You will be responsible for carrying out a range of L8 compliance services including, water sampling, temperature monitoring, flushing of little used outlets, and TMV servicing.

Consideration will be given to candidates from: Manchester, Oldham, Rochdale, Bury, Blackburn, Burnley, Preston, Bolton, Wigan, St Helens, Birkenhead, Liverpool, Warrington, Chester, Crewe, Macclesfield, Warrington.

Experience & Qualifications:
" Hands on experience working as a Water Hygiene Engineer for a reputable Water Hygiene / Legionella outfit.
" Excellent IT skills, familiar using onsite logbooks.
" Able to work well independently.
" Excellent practical knowledge of HSG 274 / ACoP L8 guidelines.

The Role:
" Working on Social Housing, Healthcare, Industrial, Commercial, and Educational sites.
" Water sampling.
" Temperature monitoring.
" TMV servicing and failsafe texting.
" Flushing of little used outlets.
" Showerhead cleans & descales.
" Closed system sampling, analysis, and dosing.
" Working in line with HSG 274 / ACoP L8 guidelines.
" Correctly updating onsite logbooks upon completion of work.
