I am working with fast growing M&E maintenance and installation business based in Kent looking for reliable, experienced Air Conditioning Engineer to join their team. Currently they have 20 Engineers in the maintenance department. The business is split from their projects and services department. They work within the hospitality sector within London and M25.

The client has huge growth plans for the next three years and there is lots of opportunities to progress within this business.

THE ROLE

Air Conditioning reactive and planned preventative maintenance.

Working on Air Conditioning Splits, Multi Splits, VRV, VRFs.

Working in the hospitality sector.

Location: London and M25

Salary: £38,000 - £47,000 depending on experience

Door to Door travel - minus 15 minutes each way

Call out: 1 in 6 £100 standby

Hours: 40-hour week.

28 Days including bank holidays plus your Birthday off.

Plenty of overtime: Time and a half Saturdays, Double Sundays.

THE CANDIDATE

* F Gas Cat 1

* NVQ Level 2 Air Conditioning and Refrigeration

* DBS Checked

* Full UK Driving Liscence

* Minimum 5 years’ experience
