About the Role:
As a Customer Service Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in providing efficient and professional service to our customers. You will be responsible for addressing customer inquiries, resolving complaints, and ensuring their satisfaction. Additionally, you will schedule appointments, log tickets/calls, and maintain accurate customer service records. Collaboration with cross-functional teams will be essential to effectively address customer queries and concerns.
Key Responsibilities:

* Respond to customer inquiries and resolve complaints promptly and accurately.
* Schedule appointments and log tickets/calls to track customer service activities.

Requirements:
* Good working knowledge of Microsoft applications, particularly Excel.

* Strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks effectively.

Location and Working Hours:
This role is based in Northampton, NN4 7EX. The working hours are 40 hours per week, between 09:00 AM and 18:00 PM Monday to Friday. The daily working hours will be 8 hours per day, including a one-hour lunch break. Overtime may be available at the manager's discretion
