Invision Recruitment are currently working with an award-winning contractor working across London and the Southeast. Focusing on refurbishment and planned maintenance, they operate across various sectors incluidng Social Housing, Education, Commercial, Helathcare and Heritage.

We are seeking an experienced Freelance Site Manager to oversee an external refurbishment project at a school in Brent.

Key Responsibilities:

* Manage day-to-day site operations

* Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations

* Coordinate with contractors and suppliers

* Liaise with school staff and stakeholders

* Monitor project progress and report to management

Requirements:

* Proven experience in site management, preferably in educational settings

* Enhanced DBS Certificate (mandatory)

* Strong communication and leadership skills

* Ability to work collaboratively and manage multiple tasks

Duration: 12 months
Start Date: ASAP
