A superb opportunity exists for a Employment Solicitor / Associate to join a forward thinking law firm based on the outskirts of Grantham within their growing Employment team.

To be considered for the role, you’ll require the following essentials:

Either a qualified Solicitor or Legal Executive 
Excellent written and verbal communication and negotiation skills
Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple files and meet deadlines
Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and team members
Strong problem-solving skills and meticulous attention to detail
Proficiency in legal research and document drafting
Excellent IT skills and the ability to work independently
The ideal candidate will be naturally self-motivated, enthusiastic and have a positive attitude towards providing the very best service to clients.

Within this Employment Solicitor position, you’ll also be:

Managing a varied caseload of Employment matters from end to end
Work on a wide range of contentious and non-contentious employment law matters
Provide advice on settlement agreements, disciplinary and grievance matters
Manage employment tribunal cases effectively
Maintain a high standard of client care and compliance
Engage in marketing and development activities for the team
Collaborate with team members and contribute to knowledge sharing within the firm
Travel between offices and client sites as required

Salary Information

£45,000 to 75,000 per annum, dependant on experience

All levels of experience from NQ to 10Yr+ PQE will be considered.
