We are recruiting a Facades Project Manager for a Facades Contractor working on a large residential development in Plumstead. The successful candidate will be experience working on large developments.
We are recruiting a Key Responsibilities:

Oversee planning, coordination, and execution of facade works.

Manage curtain walling, rainscreen, and cladding systems.

Coordinate with design teams, suppliers, and subcontractors.
*
Ensure quality control, health & safety compliance, and budget adherence.
Essential Skills & Experience:

Strong knowledge of facade systems, including curtain walling and cladding.
*
Proven experience managing large residential projects.
*
Familiarity with UK building regulations.
*
Excellent problem-solving, communication, and leadership skills.
