Job Description:

As a Care Assistant, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the health and well-being of our residents. You will provide high-quality personal care and support, promoting independence and dignity at all times. Your responsibilities will include:

Assisting residents with daily activities such as bathing, dressing, and grooming.
Supporting residents with mobility and physical exercises.
Providing companionship and emotional support.
Assisting with meal preparation and feeding as needed.
Monitoring and recording health-related information.
Assisting with medication administration.
Ensuring a clean and safe environment.
Responding promptly to resident calls and emergencies.
Participating in team meetings and training sessions.What We Offer:

Hourly Rate: £12 to £13
Paid Breaks
Contracted Hours: 20 to 30 per weekRequirements:

Previous experience in a care assistant role is preferred but not essential.
A compassionate and empathetic nature.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays.
