Project Manager
Location: Birmingham
Rate: £300 per day
Hours: 40 hours per week
Permanent Contract or Long-Term Sub – Contract
Nelson Permanent Placements are proud to be representing our client who are a national Property Solutions Organisation. They are entering a strong period of growth and are looking to recruit a Project Manager within the Birmingham-region.
We have 2 Project Manager vacancies. The first involves ensuring existing social housing is up to the Decent Home Standard and must have experience in Kitchen and Bathrooms. The second vacancy is focused on regeneration of 3-storey houses, must have experience in EWI, Roofing, Windows and Doors, working with PAS 2030 – PAS 2035.
Please note: You must be able to demonstrate and have proven experience as a Project Manager (within Social Housing)
Project Manager Duties:
* Managing liaisons and contacts with customers/stakeholders such that positive and ongoing customer relationships are maintained.
* Manage all correspondence related to the project.
* Ensure that all additional work is identified, fully costed and agreed with the client
* Strategically producing and regularly reviewing project programme (including procurement, Design & Build) to ensure completion on time.
* Ensuring all team members are fully inducted and carry out role specific requirements.
Project Manager Requirements:
* A Valid SMSTS Certificate
* A Valid CSCS/JIB Black Card (Site Manager)
* A Valid 4-Day First Aid Cert
* At least 2 – 3 years’ experience as a Project Manager (within the Social Housing sector)
