We are on the lookout for a talented ECO Operations Manager to join a dynamic ECO Delivery Team. In this key role, you'll support the Head of ECO Delivery in strategic decision-making and drive the achievement of financial targets while ensuring top-notch service delivery to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

* Oversee and manage projects to ensure timely and budget-compliant completion while maintaining excellent client satisfaction.

* Conduct client meetings to discuss progress and address concerns, fostering robust relationships.

* Lead regular team briefings to keep staff informed of program priorities and updates.

* Ensure the financial viability of projects, maximizing returns while maintaining quality.

* Uphold Health & Safety standards across all sites and maintain comprehensive safety files.

* Optimize the profitability of contracts and ensure results are delivered as required.

* Analyze performance trends and work with operational teams to drive continuous improvement.

* Manage Department Managers across multiple disciplines, addressing any issues or disputes efficiently.

* Lead, motivate, and develop a high-performing team to deliver services of the highest quality.

* Strong commercial acumen and the ability to interpret and utilize financial information.
