Requirements

Proven track record as a Business Development Manager or National Sales Manager

Worked in the HVAC, Ventilation or Air Movement market

Previously developed new relationships from scratch

Duties

Win new business from an existing customer base

Implement a successful sales strategy

Hit own agreed sales target

Develop further markets within the business I.E Export and overseas
