As we approach the start of the academic year, we're looking for a Temporary Accommodation Assistant to join our team and ensure our properties are ready to welcome new students.

Role Overview:

As a Temporary Accommodation Assistant, you will play a crucial role in helping us prepare our properties for student arrivals. This role is perfect for someone who is organized, detail-oriented, and enjoys working in a fast-paced environment. You’ll assist with administrative tasks and help ensure the smooth setup of accommodation, making sure everything is in place for a great student experience. The role will last for Approx 2 weeks. 

Key Responsibilities:

Assist with the administrative tasks related to student move-ins, including processing paperwork and updating records.

Help with the setup and preparation of properties, ensuring that all rooms and communal areas are ready for students.

Conduct property inspections and report any issues or maintenance needs.

Coordinate with the property management team to ensure all necessary supplies and materials are in place.

Provide support on move-in day to ensure a smooth and efficient process for students.

Answer any queries from students or parents regarding the accommodation.

Requirements:

Strong organizational and time management skills.

Attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.

Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.

Previous experience in a customer service or administrative role is desirable but not essential.

A positive attitude and willingness to help.
