Simply Education are looking to recruit a Teaching Assistant to work in Primary School in Spilsby and the surrounding villages. These ongoing positions could be full or part time and will start in November.
Over the last 10 Years Simply Education have continued to support Primary Schools in the local area and have built up excellent relationships with the local schools. Therefore we are looking to recruit Teaching Assistants for part and full time positions to work in our partnership schools.

The ideal Teaching Assistant will have:
- Experience working with young people with ADHD and Autism
- Strong classroom management skills
- Confidence using technology and educational programmes
- Creativity, patience and enthusiasm for working with young students
Key responsibilities of a Teaching Assistant include:
- Providing classroom support to teachers during lessons
- Working one-on-one or in small groups to deliver tailored instruction
- Assisting with reading, writing, Maths and other subjects
- Preparing classroom materials and learning activities
- Monitoring student progress and providing feedback
- Managing student behaviour and upholding classroom rules
- Supervising classrooms, lunch breaks, and school activities as needed
