The Office Manager will be responsible for managing administrative tasks, coordinating schedules, assisting with HR and Finance activities, and supporting the CEO.

Key duties of the Office Manager:

* Overseeing daily office operations, ensuring a safe and secure working environment.

* Coordinating and scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for staff.

* Scheduling and facilitating meetings, supplier, client, and customer visits.

* Handling incoming and outgoing correspondence, including mail and phone calls.

* Supporting individual departments with purchasing and ordering processes.

* Assisting with HR functions and finance tasks

Qualifications and Capabilities of the Office Manager:

* Knowledge of recruitment processes.

* Proficiency in using accounting software

* Proficiency in Microsoft Office is essential.

* Familiarity with calendar management tools

* Experience in an engineering or manufacturing environment would be an advantage.

Package Offered to the Office Manager:

* Salary: £30,000 - £35,000

* Working hours: Monday - Friday 9am-5pm

* Full healthcare package
