A growing legal company in the heart of London are seeking a Reception Coordinator to join their busy team!
Your new role
Greet clients and visitors at Ground Floor Reception.
Interact with visitors and handle enquiries.
Collaborate with the Office Manager and assist contractors.
Monitor the Reception Inbox, answer calls, and take messages.
Forward messages to the relevant person.
Book rooms, meetings, and appointments.
Set up meeting rooms
Ensure quick turnaround for tidying and restocking.
Handle printing, scanning, photocopying, and faxing.
Process payments
Assist the Management Team and Office Manager as needed.
What you'll need to succeed
Minimum 2 years experience working in a similar role
You must have experience working within professional services, and it is highly desirable to have worked in a legal environment.
Full knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite.
Positive and proactive attitude to work and the ability to work independently
Previous experience dealing with confidential information
