Key Responsibilities:

* Meet sales targets and provide excellent customer service.

* Work closely with the Sales Manager and site teams to ensure smooth operations.

* Maintain accurate records and provide updates on sales progress.

Requirements:

* Previous experience in the PLC housebuilding sector is essential.

* Strong communication and customer service skills.

* Ability to meet sales targets and work in a fast-paced environment.

* Experience with new home sales is highly desirable.

Salary Package:

* Basic salary of £32,000 plus a decent commision system
