Our client is seeking a confident and results-driven Temporary Telesales Executive to support their outbound sales efforts. This is a fantastic opportunity for an individual with a strong telephone manner, excellent sales skills and the ability to generate leads in a fast-paced environment.

Telesales Executive Key Responsibilities:

* Make outbound sales calls to prospective and existing clients.

* Identify and develop new business opportunities.

* Use marketing techniques and networking to attract potential clients.

* Build and maintain relationships with decision-makers.

* Promote high-quality candidates across various industries.

* Work towards and achieve set targets, including calls, meetings and sales conversions.

* Maintain an accurate database of leads and client interactions in the CRM system.

* Provide regular updates on sales performance and pipeline development.

* Handle objections effectively and negotiate to close deals.

Telesales Executive Experience and Skills Requirements:

* Previous experience in outbound sales or telesales.

* Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

* Self-motivated, target-driven, and resilient.

* Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

* Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.

* Experience using CRM systems is beneficial.
