A leading multi-disciplinary commercial property consultancy, with three offices across the UK, are looking for a professional Associate Building Surveyor to join their thriving Birmingham office.

The Associate Building Surveyors' role

This consultancy predominantly provide new build and refurbishment projects across various sectors, including industrial, retail, office, healthcare, leisure, education, and residential markets.

Key services include design & project management, measured surveys, dilapidations, schedule of condition, pre-acquisition surveys, project monitoring, party wall matters, expert witness, and dispute resolution.

As the new Associate Building Surveyor, you will play a pivotal role in delivering professional and project-based services to an esteemed portfolio of clients.

The Associate Building Surveyor

The successful Associate Building Surveyor will ideally be a proactive and self-motivated individual.

MRICS qualified or actively working towards chartership
Have significant experience in professional and project services within the commercial property sector
Exhibit excellent client-facing skills and the ability to manage relationships effectively
Knowledge of JCT contracts, design specifications, and project managementWhat's on offer?

£55,000 - £65,000
