I am working with a small, growing Domiciliary Care provider in Wellingborough that are looking to hire a Registered Manager with a positive track record in Domiciliary Care management.
 
What’s on offer:

£39,000-£39,500.
Uncapped bonuses.
33 days annual leave.
Working from home. 
Registered Manager Responsibilities:

To have overall responsibility for the growth of the service, reporting to the Directors.
To continually work on marketing the service in the community and on social media.
To build and maintain strong relationships with the clients and their families.
To manage clients’ care packages and to be responsible for ensuring high standards for their ongoing care.
To manage the development, recruitment and retention of all care staff.
To have a working understanding of the Care Act and CQC’s Essential Standards.
To build and maintain strong relationships with commissioning bodies such as local authorities, ICB, CHC, etc. 
Registered Manager Requirements:

Must have a minimum of 2 years’ experience as a Registered Manager in Domiciliary/Live-In Care.
Must be working toward/achieved an NVQ Level 5 in Health and Social Care.
Must have a UK Driving Licence and use of own vehicle.
