CRM Marketing Specialist
up to £55,000k plus excellent benefits

Our client is a market leading organisation and this is an excellent opportunity to join in a new CRM Marketing appointment. You will be working closely with multi-stakeholders across the organisation and deliver on Data insights + CRM projects that will drive loyalty and spend from the existing customer base.

Job Responsibilities
* Reviewing the customer loyalty scheme and update it to drive demonstrable value to the business and all customer segments
* Work with stakeholders and CRM team colleagues to create campaign briefs and translate them into campaign outputs increasingly delivered via your hands on use our campaign management platform
* Work with the Analytics / data team ensure we effectively measure the incremental value of our activity at an overall level for multi-channel or multi-step campaigns as well as for individual messages
* management and ongoing reporting and optimisation of key lifecycle journeys, include onboarding and lapsing journeys as well as upsell
* Customer segmentation – Leading the communications strategy
* Customer Rewards Programme & Marketing lifecycles
* Working collaboratively with stakeholders, both internally and externally, to maximise the outcomes of the performance channels.
* Manage & develop data- insights and have the experience of managing a sizeable media budgets / marketing plan
* Manage the client review process for the nominated client.
* Define and implement service management processes and measures
