Are you looking for a rewarding role in education? Do you have experience working in secondary schools and a passion for supporting students? We are seeking a Cover Supervisor to work across Key Stage 3 and 4 in Swadlincote, delivering lessons in the absence of the class teacher.

About the Role:
? Supervising classes across all subjects using pre-planned materials
? Managing classroom behaviour and ensuring a positive learning environment
? Supporting students with their learning and engagement
? Gaining valuable experience in a school setting - ideal for aspiring teachers!

Requirements:
✅ Experience working in a UK secondary school
✅ Confident managing a classroom and engaging students
✅ Strong communication and organisational skills
✅ Driving preferred, but not essential if you can use public transport
✅ A DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to obtain one)
