Job Description – Deputy Manager (Children's Services)
Location: Nuneaton
Salary: £20.10 per hour / £42,000 per year
Holiday: 22 days + 8 days bank holiday
Additional Benefits: Free parking on and off-site, £5 per hour on bank holidays
Fee: 12.5%

About the Role
We are looking for a dedicated and experienced Deputy Manager to join a specialized children’s service. As Deputy Manager, you will play a key role in the day-to-day operations of the service, ensuring that the highest standards of care are provided to children. You will support the overall management and lead a team of staff to deliver compassionate, person-centered care.

Key Responsibilities:

Support the Manager in the overall running of the service
Supervise and manage a team of staff to ensure high standards of care are met
Develop, implement, and monitor care plans for children with Emotional Behavioural Disorder and mild autism
Lead by example and provide guidance and support to staff
Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and policies
Promote the safeguarding and well-being of children at all times
Build strong relationships with children, families, and other professionals
Requirements:

Previous experience in a managerial or supervisory role within a children's service
Strong knowledge of Emotional Behavioural Disorder and autism care
Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills
A passion for making a difference in the lives of children
