Location: West Midlands (Hybrid Role)
Salary: £40,000 basic + 25% commission + private healthcare + additional benefits

Key Responsibilities:
* Sales and Business Development: Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities. Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and candidates.
* Target Achievement: Consistently meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs. Demonstrate a proven track record of achieving targets in a recruitment environment.
* Division Growth: Take ownership of growing the office services division. Develop strategies to expand the client base and increase market share.
* Candidate Management: Source, screen, and interview candidates. Match candidates to suitable job opportunities and manage the recruitment process from start to finish.
* Client Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients. Understand their recruitment needs and provide tailored solutions.
* Market Research: Stay up-to-date with industry trends and market conditions. Provide insights and recommendations to clients and candidates.
Requirements:
* Experience: Minimum of 3 years of experience in recruitment, preferably within the office services sector.
* Sales Skills: Proven ability to generate new business and close deals. Strong negotiation and communication skills.
* Target-Driven: Demonstrated success in achieving and exceeding sales targets.
* Self-Motivated: Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Strong organizational and time management skills.
* Adaptability: Comfortable working in a hybrid role with both office and remote work.
