Role: Trade Counter Operations Coordinator
Salary: £30,000 per annum
Location: Bredbury
Reports to: Finance Director and Operations Manager
About the Role: As a Trade Counter Operations Coordinator, you will play a vital role in our team, ensuring the smooth running of our trade counter operations. You will be responsible for processing orders, invoicing, and providing exceptional customer service both face-to-face and over the phone and email. Your contributions will support the Finance Director and Operations Manager in ensuring the highest standards of service and efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
* Order processing and management, ensuring all orders are accurately handled and completed on time.
* Invoicing and handling administrative tasks related to customer orders.
* Providing first-class customer service in-person at the trade counter, over the phone, and via email.
* Using various systems and Microsoft applications to manage orders and update customer records.
* Collaborating with internal teams to ensure smooth operations and customer satisfaction.
What We’re Looking For:
* Strong experience in order processing, invoicing, and customer service.
* Proficient in using systems and Microsoft Office applications.
* Excellent communication skills – comfortable dealing with customers face-to-face, on the phone, and via email.
* Ability to work well as part of a team and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
* Positive, proactive attitude with a strong attention to detail.
