Experienced construction estimator – capable of take-offs, package prep, normalisation and recommendations

* Main contracting background

* ~10 years of relevant experience

* Cut and carve, civils, structural, envelope and refurb project experience

* Sectors (ideally) – healthcare, commercial, technology, light industrial/manufacturing/production i.e. motorsport

* D&B understating and experience/risk management

* Project values range £1m-£15m, typically ~£3m

* WFH

* Good communicator – ideally with supply chain relationships in the region
