About the Role:
Marble Talent Group are seeking a dynamic and motivated Recruitment Consultant to join our Fire & Security team in Portchester. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with a passion for people, excellent communication skills, and a drive to succeed in a fast-paced environment. As a Recruitment Consultant, you’ll be responsible for managing the full recruitment cycle, building strong client relationships and helping candidates find their ideal roles.

Key Responsibilities:

* Manage end-to-end recruitment processes for a variety of roles

* Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and candidates

* Source, screen, and interview potential candidates

* Provide guidance and support to clients on recruitment strategies

* Meet and exceed individual and team targets

Requirements:

* Previous experience in recruitment or a sales-focused role is highly desirable

* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

* Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks

* A proactive and results-driven mindset

* Familiarity with recruitment software and Microsoft Office Suite is a plus
