Customer Service Executive (German speaking)
£23,300-£24,000 + Mon-Fri + Day Shift + Flexible Hours + 4 days week + Progression

Are you a German Speaker with a background in Customer Service or similar, looking to step into a varied, stable role within a Financial leading company who will provide with a clear progression path as well as the opportunity to work a 4-days week as well as flexible working hours?
On offer is the opportunity to join an international, finance advisor who is currently going through an expansion period. They are an outsourcing financial partner providing their services across the UK and Europe. They are looking for German speakers to assist them with their German customers.
In this role, you will be handling phone calls and emails in German to assist customers. You will also be responsible for chasing outstanding payments and collecting invoices. Finally, you will be providing high standard of customer service and liaise with other departments.
This role would suit a German speaker with a Customer Service background or similar, looking for a varied role within an international business who will invest in their development as well as offer a 4-days working week and flexible hours.
The Role:
Delivering customer service to German speaking clients
Managing and chasing overdue accounts
