Hours: 39 hours per week, 2 shift patterns:

Week 1: Monday to Thursday 7am-3pm, Friday 7am – 2pm

Week 2: Monday to Thursday: 9am – 5pm, Friday 9am – 4pm

The Role

Are you a natural leader with a knack for motivating and guiding teams? AGA Rangemaster is looking for an experienced and dedicated production warehouse team leader to join our distribution warehouse to oversee and inspire the team.

Key Responsibilities

* Nurture and inspire by cultivating a positive, open culture that encourages communication and engagement

* Lead by example

* Set clear goals and standards to ensure everyone is aligned

* Monitor, track and report on the performance of the team’s metrics

* Work closely with other team leaders to maintain smooth operations

About You

* Proven experience as a team leader or supervisor in a production warehouse environment

* Proficient in warehouse management systems and MS Excel

* Possess excellent leadership qualities as well as a being hands-on team player

* Strong communication, organisational and time-management abilities

* Confident problem solver with the ability to keep calm under pressure

* Bendi and Counterbalance forklift licences required
