Salary: £40,000 - £50,000 basic + uncapped commission (OTE £60k+)

About Us:
Our client is a leading provider of heating solutions including radiators, towel rails, electric heating, and underfloor heating for both the domestic and commercial sectors. Their team is at the forefront of delivering premium products to a wide range of clients, from developers to contractors, and they are now looking to expand their sales team.

The Role:
We’re looking for an experienced sales professional to join our team, focusing on driving sales across the Northwest of England and Scotland. You’ll be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with developers, contractors, and house builders in the plumbing and heating sector. With a sales team of 12, this role offers an exciting opportunity to work closely with senior management, including the Sales Manager and MD, to grow our business further.

What We’re Looking For:

Proven experience in the heating industry, specifically with products such as boilers, radiators, and underfloor heating.
Strong knowledge of UK house builders and commercial M&E contractors.
A proactive, self-motivated individual who thrives in a target-driven environment.
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
Ability to manage both new business development and account management effectively.What We Offer:
