Job Title: CNC Miller Programmer
Shifts: Days
Location: Nuneaton
Pay Rate: Up to £21.00 per hour.

The company:
Nuneaton based family-run business specializing in high-quality precision engineering services.

Key Responsibilities:

Programme, set and operate CNC milling machines (Fanuc control systems) to produce high-quality parts.
Programme at the machine, with a preference for experience using ONECNC.
Ensure accuracy, efficiency, and adherence to specifications during machining processes.
Conduct machine maintenance and troubleshoot any issues to minimize downtime.
Work with a team to meet production deadlines and quality standards.
Maintain a clean and safe working environment.

The Candidate:

Proven experience as a Miller CNC Programmer
Strong understanding of CNC machining processes and Fanuc control systems.
Ability to programme at the machine, with preference for ONECNC knowledge.
CAD/CAM knowledge (e.g., Edgecam, FeatureCam, Gibbs Cam) is a plus.
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
Willingness to work overtime as needed.
