Key Responsibilities:

Supporting content creation and distribution under the guidance of a Senior Project Professional
Working within the SSNA Training & Communications team to facilitate and govern training and communications activities
Setting up team infrastructure to support various projects
Assisting in the development of Change Project-related training and communication materials

Job Requirements:

Background experience in graphic design
Understanding of project management policies, processes, procedures, and systems
Experience of working with stakeholders
Experience in use of associated software's such as: Adobe Illustrator, Adobe In Design and Adobe Photoshop
Where possible experience with Video Editing, Animation, 3D Modelling or Motion Graphics would be valuable.
Training Content production experience useful where possible.
Problem solving most likely to apply in an existing Business environment.
Basic understanding of the team structure, organisation and processes of the project, so as to be able to support implementation of appropriate PM approaches.

Security Level:

Security level: BPSS + SC, subject to ITAR and UK Eyes OnlyThis role will require the person to hold full Security Clearance (SC) prior to working onsite. You will need to obtain a BPSS check as part of this process. You must currently hold or be eligible and willing to obtain SC.
