The Role

Leading the estimation process for Load Bearing LSF projects and other services.
Mentoring and overseeing junior estimators, ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of all estimates.
Managing client relationships, ensuring customer satisfaction throughout the tender process, and identifying new business opportunities.
Collaborating with internal departments and third-party suppliers to ensure timely and competitive quotes.

The Candidate

5+ years of experience in estimating, ideally within structural steel or construction.
Proven leadership skills, with experience managing teams and complex projects.
Strong commercial awareness and the ability to identify potential risks and opportunities for value engineering.
