LEVEL 3 TEACHING ASSISTANT

Salary: £80 - £90

Hours: Full time, 8.30am - 3.30pm

Location: Birmingham, Bartley Green

SMART Education are looking for experienced Level 3 teaching assistants to work with a fantastic primary school in Bartley Green. The school need support providing literacy/numeracy intervention and working with SEND and/or Primary students. The role is to commence September 2024, on a full time basis.

Job Role: The Teaching Assistant

Follow planning provided by the class teacher

Support pupils within the classroom

Support pupils in small groups for intervention work

Literacy and Numeracy intervention work

Supporting SEND and/or Primary students

Communicate with teacher throughout the day

Qualifications Required: At least 6+ months of experience as a teaching assistant

Level 2 or 3 Teaching Assistant Qualification

At least 6 months experience 

DBS on the Update Service 

experience working with SEND students

Ability to motivate and inspire students
