Job Title: Manager - Cloud Strategy & Transformation (Eligible for SC)

Location: London, Manchester, Glasgow

Type: Permanent, Full-Time

Salary: 75,000 - 88,000 + 8,000 bonus

About the Role:

Our client, a leading organization at the forefront of innovation, is seeking a Managing Consultant to join their dynamic team. This is a unique opportunity to play a crucial role in setting strategic direction, driving business growth, and leading cloud transformation initiatives. You will work closely with senior stakeholders, advising on best practices and implementing cutting-edge cloud strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement cloud adoption strategies and transformation plans for large and mid-sized organizations utilizing public clouds (AWS, Azure, GCP).
Translate complex business challenges into innovative cloud-based solutions.
Guide clients through cloud transformation journeys, including migration and implementation.
Lead large-scale IT transformation projects, aligning with client strategic objectives.
Build and maintain trusted relationships with senior stakeholders, identifying opportunities for growth and follow-on work.
Manage multiple teams and workstreams within complex delivery environments.
Support sales efforts, shape deal and engagement commercials, and drive revenue growth.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in cloud strategy and implementation, coupled with strong consulting and leadership skills. You will have experience in:

Developing cloud adoption strategies and roadmaps.
Aligning cloud solutions with specific business challenges and domains.
Leading complex IT transformation engagements and delivering positive outcomes.
Managing multiple teams and delivery environments in a matrixed organization.
Building and maintaining relationships with senior client stakeholders.
Achieving sales targets of at least £500k per annum.
Previous client-facing consulting or advisory experience.
