Role: Facilities Management Administrator (6M FTC)
Location: Morley
Salary: £24,000
We are seeking a motivated Facilities Administrator to join our client, an FM Service Provider, on their PFI school contract. This is a 6-month FTC which could turn into a permanent role for the right candidate.
Key Responsibilities:
Answer helpdesk enquiries, log jobs in Evolution software, and allocate tasks to contractors.
Track job progress, implement escalation procedures, and ensure timely completion of PPM and reactive maintenance tasks.
Update clients and staff on job progress, request extensions, and close out tasks.
Record sickness, process overtime, book agency staff, and monitor lateness/lettings in schools.
Order supplies, handle ad-hoc duties, and support administrative tasks as required.
Who We're Looking For:
Previous relevant experience, ideally within Facilities Management
