Sellick Partnership Ltd are partnering a housing association with the recruitment of a Damp and Mould Operative to join a their repairs and maintenance team on a permanent basis.

Daily duties of the Damp and Mould Operative consists of:

To remove any defictive decoration damaged by damp and mould
Wash, clean and treat areas that are affected by Damp and Mould
Take before and after photos of work carried out
Using the provided PPE
Undertake small elements of decoratingEssential Experience of the Damp and Mould Operative:

Possess a full UK drivers license
