Full Job Description:

M4 Specialist are recruiting 2 X Class 2 Drivers Temp to Perm to work at our client based in Halifax.

Your work will help our client deliver innovative and environmentally responsible solutions for water and waste management. Experienced HGV Driver/Loader required. Experience in waste industry welcomed but not essential.

What will I be doing?

The role will involve the driving and operation of vehicles collecting Industrial and Commercial waste and recycling from our clients’ customers, delivering a high standard of service and ensuring compliance with our client’s customer’s Health and Safety rules as well as our own at all times.

What are the requirements?

You must be able to demonstrate a passion for professional driving coupled with good communication skills and a willingness to be part of a successful hardworking team, delivering a high level of customer service.

The role also requires:

* An HGV Class 2 license as well as a CPC card are essential.

* Experience of working in the waste industry is desirable though not essential.

* Experience of working with Rear Compaction Vehicles is preferred but not essential as training will be provided

* Start times vary, but normally between 6-7am

Pay rates for a Class 2 driver:

* £13.36ph Days

* £17.13ph Overtime

* £17.13ph Saturdays

* £22.83ph Sundays

* £40.07ph Bank holiday

* PAYE role only

* Weekly pay

Requirements for the role of Class 2 driver:

* Be aged 25 or over

* Hold a valid UK Class One licence

* Have valid CPC and Digi Card

* No more than 6 points on your licence
