Job Title: Paint Prepper

Location: Portsmouth
Salary: £32,400 - 36,000 (including 20% Shift Premium)
Shifts: Double Day Shift (Earlies and Lates)

We are seeking an experienced Paint Prepper to join an automotive manufacturing customer of ours in Portsmouth. This is an exciting opportunity to work on a double day shift, preparing vehicle bodies to the highest standards.

Key Responsibilities:

* Preparing vehicle bodywork for painting, including sanding, masking, and priming.

* Ensuring surfaces are clean and smooth for a flawless finish.

* Working efficiently to meet production targets without compromising quality.

* Maintaining a clean and organised work area.

Requirements:

✅ Proven experience in vehicle body prepping.
✅ Strong attention to detail and a high standard of workmanship.
✅ Ability to work effectively within a team and independently.
✅ Willingness to work a rotating double day shift:

* Week 1: 6:00am – 2:00pm

* Week 2: 1:45pm – 9:45pm (Friday: 1:00pm – 9:00pm)
