Our client is looking out for an experienced, ambitious Construction recruiter working anywhere in central Scotland in the professional/white collar sector of the market.  If that is you, then his is an exceptional opportunity to progress your career, and maximise the fun/excitement factor!

Having already established a large team across 9 UK locations, they have also established a very successful Construction division that includes two growing office locations in Scotland.  This business already has already built a significant and impressive client list working with leading sector employers in Scotland, across all the main trades and blue collar sector.  And, they are now in a position to offer an ambitious Senior, or Principal Recruitment Consultant the opportunity to join this Construction business and develop and grow the professional/white collar offering across that stellar client portfolio, and beyond.
 
With their uniquely open, flexible approach, you can be based anywhere across central Scotland, working from where it suits you, with the opportunity for you to play the lead role in building a permanent white-collar and freelance revenue line to further enhance their client offering across the Scotland marketplace.

If you've got 2-3+ years strong white collar construction perm or contract experience, are a confident, ambitious recruiter with a proven track record in client development, who's craving a flexible and fun business around you to support you in really making your mark, growing your career and significantly increasing your earning potential, this will be very hard to beat!

With all the senior team still working on client requirements, it's a hands-on, 360 role with huge rewards.  Initially, they will pay £40k-£50k basic (based on your experience), with a significant commission package and wider reward and benefits package. 
 
The role can be based anywhere across the central belt, including WFH, with some time spent with their team in their current Scotland offices.  Our client has the appetite to open a new office across the central belt, and you can be instrumental in making it happen.
