Elevation Recruitment Group are working with a West Yorkshire based engineering company to recruit a Field Service Engineer.

This is a hands on technical Field Service Engineer position, providing installation and maintenance of complex, engineered equipment.

Salary: up to £46,000 p.a

Location: Field/Home and Head office based -50% travel with a focus in the UK & Europe

Duties of the Field Service Engineer include:

Provide service and customer support during field visits or dispatches
Manage all on site installation, repair, maintenance and test tasks
Diagnose errors or technical problems quickly, determine and initiate best practice solutions
Produce timely and detailed service reports
Follow all filed procedures and protocols
Cooperate with the technical team and share information across the organisation
Comprehend customer requirements and make appropriate recommendations/briefings
We would be keen to speak with Field Service Engineers with the following:

HNC, HND, BTEC level 3
Background in Engineering
Significant proven field service experience
Strong levels of experience within the Mechanical Engineering field
Ability to troubleshoot, test, repair and service technical equipment with no supervision
Ability to work flexibly and efficiently, able to adapt quickly to changing work schedules
Familiarity with mobile tools and applications
