As a Customer Service Executive, you'll be at the heart of our mission to provide outstanding support to our clients in a fast paced environment. From solving problems to processing orders, and from customer education to collaborating with teams, you'll play a crucial role in ensuring every interaction is seamless and positive.

Key responsibilities of a Customer Service Executive:

Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their needs are met with professionalism and care.
Providing excellent customer service: communicate clearly and effectively with customers, colleagues, and other departments.
Resolve customer inquiries, issues, and concerns quickly and efficiently.
Assist with order placements, tracking, and modifications.
Collect feedback to continuously improve our customer experience.
Support ad-hoc projects, including training, events, and showroom planning.
