Audit & Accounts Manager

LHH is excited to partner with a highly regarded independent firm based in Manchester, with multiple office locations. They are looking for a skilled and motivated Audit & Accounts Manager to join their expanding team.

Responsibilities:

Managing audit and accounting assignments in accordance with current legislation and compliance requirements, overseeing audits from planning to completion for a diverse client portfolio.
Delegating tasks and mentoring team members to support their professional growth and development.
Reviewing and finalising statutory accounts.
Collaborating closely with clients to establish and maintain trusted relationships.
Presenting work to Partners with confidence, ensuring files are completed to a high standard.

Requirements:

ACA/ACCA qualification (or equivalent).
Several years practice experience.
Experience in audit and accounting, with a thorough understanding of current standards, regulations, and industry best practices.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
